Alex Sanchez has been making jewelry for over 15 years. He makes beautiful works of art in contemporary and traditional fashion. He is most known for his Petroglyph style that he has been perfecting for some time. His traditional work is fascinating as well, he uses some of the best turquoise in his works and builds the silver around the stones. His Petroglyph works include suns, bears, dragonflies, stars, and many other designs. He overlays these designs on a beautiful textured and oxidized background. Alex is a world class Navajo artist and his works will be very collectible for years to come.
This is a handmade sterling silver bracelet with a natural rare Kingman Turquoise stone. The stone used for this cuff is a blue color with some water web and a red web matrix. The stone sits in a smooth bezel.
The silver work on this cuff is perfect, and in Alex’s trademark petroglyph overlay style. Alex appliqued a dragonfly, rain, circles of life, a bear, and a healing hand. The inside of the band is also stamped.
The full inner circumference of this cuff including the 15/16 inch wrist opening is 6-1/2 inches. The width of the cuff is 11/16 inch wide and the stone measures 7/8 inch by just under 9/16 inch at widest point.
