Handmade by Hopi artist Emmett Navakuku
This is a sterling silver, handmade Sun face post back earrings and pendant set.
The silver work on this set was done in an extraordinary contemporary style. The pendant was cut, chiseled, stamped, and filed all by hand to create the perfect sun face, the back also has perfectly executed Hopi designs, and the earrings are equally Perfect! and beautiful. Emmett completed each piece with and oxidation and satin finish.
The pendant measures 2-5/16 inch wide by 1-7/8 inch at widest point, the bale has a 3/8 inch diameter. The earrings measure 13/16 inch across.
Emmett Stamped his hallmark, and Sterling to the pendant and earrings.
Earrings weigh 6.6 Grams total and the pendant is 19.5 grams.
