Handmade by Navajo artist Leonard Nez, Leonard is an Award winning Navajo artist. He creates very unique and collectible Native American handmade jewelry. Leonard, like his cousin Ned Ned uses only the best quality turquoise stones in his handmade creations, and most are rare gem quality. He uses thick gauge silver and gold for his jewelry making it very bold yet comfortable for everyday use. Leonard’s distinctive overlay style includes many traditional Navajo designs stamped on his rings and bracelets giving his jewelry a classic with a contemporary twist, Navajo look. He creates some of the most sought after and collectible work.

This Bolo features one rare Persian Turquoise stone, the stone is a rich blue color, with LOTS of flashy pyrite. The stone sits in a smooth perfectly executed shadow box bezel.

The silver work for this piece was done in an amazing contemporary style. Leonard hand cut the beautiful overlay design for this bolo, and meticulously laid it onto the round frame. Leonard completed this piece with a high shine. The bolo is attached to a black braided leather cord, with high shine sterling silver tips.

This bolo is 2-1/2 inch diameter. The leather cord measures 42-1/2 inches, and tips measure 2 inch. The stone is 1 inch diameter.
