Handmade by Navajo artist Derrick Gordon. Derrick has been making jewelry for over 25 years, early on he learned some key skills from his uncle Delbert Gordon, but overall he is a self taught artist. Derrick uses only the finest gems for his amazing and unique works of wearable art.
This is a pair of beautiful post back dangle earrings they feature two rare Hubei Turquoise stones, the stones are a olive green/green color with a brown web matrix. The stones sit in a smooth bezel.
The silver work on these earrings is AMAZING, Derrick appliqued stamped crescent shapes, beads, hand curled silver wire, and tear drops all around the stones. He completed these earrings with a dark oxidation and an old style satin finish.
These earrings measure 2-3/8 inches from the top to bottom of the earring and 1-1/8 inch at widest point. The stones measures 11/16 inch by 1/2 inch.
