Handmade by Navajo artist Sunshine Reeves, Sunshine is a multi award winning artist, and comes from a long line of artists including his brothers Andy Cadman, Donovan Cadman, Darrell Cadman, Gary Reeves, and David Reeves. Sunshine learned his trade from his older brothers, and since then has became one of the best Navajo artists in the Southwest. Sunshine makes beautiful Navajo silver works of art, implementing deep hand stamped designs that cover his entire creations.
This is a sterling silver Navajo handmade Belt buckle, this buckle has one natural Persian Turquoise stone as the center piece. The stone is beautiful rich blue color with flecks of a red host matrix. The stone sits in a smooth bezel, with a hand twisted rope of silver at the base.
The silver work on this piece is absolutely beautiful and done in a traditional Reeves style. Sunshine covered the entire buckle with his meticulously perfect deep stamp work. Sunshine completed this piece with a oxidation and high shine.
This belt buckle measures 3-1/8 inch by 2-7/8 inches, and the stone measures 3/4 inch by 1/2 inch
