Handmade by Navajo artist Sunshine Reeves, Sunshine is a multi award winning artist, and comes from a long line of artists including his brothers Andy Cadman, Donovan Cadman, Darrell Cadman, Gary Reeves, and David Reeves. Sunshine learned his trade from his older brothers, and since then has became one of the best Navajo artists in the Southwest. Sunshine makes beautiful Navajo silver works of art, implementing deep hand stamped designs that cover his entire creations.
This is a sterling silver Navajo handmade Concho Belt, this belt features 10 different stamped conchos, each with one natural White Horse Turquoise stone as the center piece. The stones are beautiful blue color with some brown host matrix. Each stones sit in a smooth bezel, with a hand twisted rope of silver at the base.
The silver work on this piece is absolutely beautiful and done in a traditional Reeves style. Sunshine covered covered every Concho with his meticulously perfect deep stamp work. Each Concho has a different design, and was finished with a dark oxidation and high shine.
This concho belt measures 51 inches end to end, with adjustable conchos, backed with genuine leather, and sterling silver clips. The main buckle measures 3 inches by 2-5/8 inches, the nine conchos measure 3 inches by 2-3/4 inches, and the stones measure11/16 inch by 3/8 inch down to 7/16 inch by 3/8 inch.
