Handmade by Navajo artist Terry Martinez
Terry Martinez is a world class Navajo silversmith who has been creating jewelry for over 30 years, he uses traditional practices and techniques to create his works of art. Most of the silver on his pieces is pounded out with a hammer into the desired shape.
This is a sterling silver All handmade, Navajo, high grade natural Royston Turquoise ring. The stone used for this ring is oval in shape and is a beautiful sky blue color with a chocolate matrix.
The stone sits in a smooth bezel with a hand twisted rope of silver at the base. Terry added silver wires to the sides of the stone and eight beads to the top and bottom of the stone.
This ring is a size 7-3/4 and the stone measures 7/8 inches by 5/8 inch.
